ADULT PARTIES

  • $995 No theme, for up to 8 guest.
  • $32 each additional guest.
  • + $200 to add theme of your choice.

  • Adult Arts & Craft Project
  • Food & Drinks from Fun Size Catering
  • All decorations and linens based on theme, when purchasing a theme package.
  • You may bring in sofa alcohol only. (Beer, Wine & Champagne)

Event Space Rental Only:

  • Weekday Rate (Wednesday – Thursday)
  • $85 per hour, 2 hour minimum, $50 each additional 1/2 hour.
  • We are closed Monday & Tuesday. Please call for availability and pricing if you are interested in these days.
  • Weekend Rate (Friday – Sunday)
    • $175 per hour, 3 hour minimum  (from arrival time to set-up, to leave time)
  • Flat $95 staffing fee per staff member.
  • Includes:
    • Use of room
    • 1 or more staff member
    • Cold Beverage Station
    • Tables and Chairs
  • Decorations Package: $350 and up
  • Table Linen Rental: $20 each
20% Gratuity of the non discounted total gets added to the final bill.
