Playdates, Make-overs and Workshops require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. Cancelations allowed up to 24 hours for Playdates and Make-overs. Workshops refundable outside 72 hours prior. Inside 72 ours workshop deposits are non refundable. Name changes are allowed. Inside 24 hours deposit is non refundable. Special events have their own cancellation policy.
Private parties and fantasy photoshoots have their own cancelation policy.
